Your assignment:
1) You will create eight survey questions and answer types of your own (see question types below)
2) Using Google Docs, create the form with your five questions.
Questions types:
- At least one question should require a paragraph text or a line text.
- At least one question should be a multiple choice or drop-down menu.
- At least one question should be a list that may have more than one choice selected at once.
4) Apply a theme - make it simple.
5) Get the embed code and post it to your blog as a post (hint: edit html tab to paste code).
6) In the comment section of this blog recap your experience.

3. Companies and buisnesses and individuals could make surveys to find out how they can make thier buisness better to serve thier customers so that they are satisfied.

Forms are very easy to use, I had no troubles at all making mine. I see how it could be useful for companies, it allows them to send organized information to eachother, as well as getting feedback on different topics.

I found it pretty easy to use. No I did not have any trouble. To take surveys. I have no additional thoughts.
